I believe this is a reproduction. Theslate itself are in absolutely FANTASTIC condition, with no soiling, chips/cracks, crazing and/or damage of any kind! However, it is a real piece of heavy natural stone, and does have some slight imperfections due to the natural nature. Looks to be actually painted over and it is signed "W. Kimble"; which leaves me puzzled as to whether this is a reproduction/print or not. Smaller white tag reads "Made In China", so I would assume it's not real. Was NEVER used by me, and has been in clean, climate-controlled storage for approx 5-10 yrs... I've honestly had it a while, so I know it's anolderpattern/painting. Super HTF item, asI have yet to see another!!Item is in excellent, very clean, BEAUTIFUL *NEW* condition.Perfect for adding whimsy to a room or hanging just about anywhere!
